If you travel by yourself I would not recommend it.

The bed was comfortable

No elevators. In order to get to the elevator there were are a lot of steps and no help. It was a dark side street - after a lot of steps. Even during reception hours nobody is at the reception and if they were there the door was still looked and they didn’t open - you always had to use the code The breakfast was just toast and jam so I wouldn’t consider it a „breakfast included“

Room is small but cosy and I like it v much.

Room is small but cosy and I like it v much. One of the staff is very friendly. He is the cook and makes awesome breakfasts every morning. Never fail to greet us every morning during breakfast and wished us a good day after we leave the dining place.

The staff is so friendly and caring of us, as he even asked us for any help like delivery service, supper those.Then, the breakfast is delicious with cereal, soup, fried egg, salad, dumpling etc. Next, the guesthouse is near the subway,it's very convenient. The first floor is more warmer than the third floor because of the floor warmer. The service is the best. All in all, everything is excellent although the room is small but it's really comfortable.

Maybe the mattress a bit hard. But it's ok for me.

The rooms are modern and new.

The rooms are modern and new. The cafeteria area is very comfortable and has the spirit of a youth hostel.

The shower is not separated from the toilet so when you shower everything gets wet. Rooms are not very big, although the space was enough.

Great location near Sinchon Station, generally clean, well-kept facilities; great Wifi; decent, healthy variety for breakfast

Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the staff in English. They were also stingy about how much food you can take from the breakfast buffet. One day the front desk agreed to have our room cleaned, then later they failed to do it and cited a "rule" that it can't be done every day--arbitrary nonsense. We couldn't increase the heat in the room.
